- Despatch Time: Most transfer products ship within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Etched Products: These may take longer due to hand-painting; allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- Delay Notices: If delivery may exceed 28 days, customers will be notified.
Privacy & Security
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us with information about orders they have placed online. We do not show telephone numbers to any third parties. Neither do we show address details to any third parties.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We understand mistakes happen, and we’re happy to help you make it right.
Incorrect Orders
If you've ordered the wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it—just return it to us within 30 days in a resaleable condition. (with tracking)
Please include the correct postage for sending out the replacement. If postage is underpaid, Royal Mail will charge a fee, which we’ll pass on to you.
If no postage is enclosed, any added postal charges will be debited from the original payment method used.
Refunds
Need a refund instead? No problem—just return the item in resaleable condition within 30 days.
You’re responsible for return postage and insurance. We can’t take responsibility for lost or underpaid mail.
Tip: Check with your local Post Office if you’re unsure about the correct postage.
Delivery Issues & Faults
Missed or Incorrect Deliveries
- If your order was sent to an incorrect address supplied by you, replacement items will require a new order.
- If you’d like your items sent to a different address, please request this before despatch.
If we make an error and send the wrong item, we’ll cover the return postage.
Faulty or Missing Items
- Must be reported within 30 days of purchase but does not affect your consumer rights.
- We’ll refund or replace items proven to be faulty or unfit for purpose.
- Missing items also need to be reported within 30 days—after this, we can’t guarantee resolution.
Non-delivery
- UK orders: Royal Mail considers items lost only after 14 working days from despatch.

Bespoke Orders
Custom transfers and etched plates are made just for you—they’re not kept in stock.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed when placing the order and after artwork is generated.
- You’ll be asked to approve the artwork before we go ahead.
- The balance is due on completion and before shipping.
- Once printed or etched and dispatched, custom orders are non-refundable. (Unless product is faulty)
Ordering
Orders can be placed securely online or by telephone.
At the point of order, no monies are taken unless the product is available or the customer agrees to a pre-determined delivery date. Confirmation of item availability must take place before funds are transferred.
Payment
All orders are made by Credit/Debit Card payment processed through Square.
Packaging
All items in an order are packed individually. Please open the packet to check its contents when your order arrives. Any errors or omissions should be reported ASAP. A proper descriptive price list will go with any order as this also gives extra protection during transit as well as giving range information. Owing to high postal costs, sheets may also be cut (where applicable) to allow more cost-effective methods of packaging.
Storage
Our stock is kept in a temperate climate. If stored correctly, transfer sheets will have an exceptionally long shelf life, do not store in a room where the temperature is unstable (with large variations) or is exceptionally hot or cold. Transfers will deteriorate if kept in direct sunlight or near a heat source for large periods of time - nor should they be stored in damp/moist conditions. Also transfers should be stored vertically if possible as this will avoid any pressure put upon them during storage.
